1. How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Once dispatched:
•Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 working days. Internationally shipping usually takes 7-15 working days.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• In the same condition as received
Sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
5. How do I return an item?
Returning is easy! Simply:

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your items securely and attach the return label
4. Drop off at any Royal Mail post office
5. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't been dispatched. After this window, please contact our customer service team immediately - we'll do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee changes once items are in transit.

• Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Provide your order number
We'll immediately arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return ship.
